I sampled a few Thai places while I was in Sydney and Siam I Am was definitely the one that stood out.

Aung Mingalar

Most things were closed for Thingyan but luckily these guys kept their doors open for an extra day.

Ramen at Manriki

A spicy, Indian take on ramen is happening at Manriki. It had a tangy bite and the cilantro was a nice twist.

Matador Ramen

One of the best bowls of ramen, soup for that matter, that I have ever enjoyed.

On a layover at Ho Chi Minh Airport I stopped into the Big Bowl at the Terminal 2 food court for my last pho and iced coffee on Vietnamese soil.

Just past security in Hong Kong International's terminal 1 Pak Loh Chiu Chow is a first stop to get that last fix of dim sum before boarding.
