Clam Ramen at Mugi To Olive | Tokyo, Japan

I had to put this on my list of bowls to gulp in Tokyo when I read about it's unique recipe. It's broth is made from clams, dried sardines and chicken stock and gives a strong hit of flavor. It's topped with tender chicken slices, clams (in shell), cilantro, diced onion and what I think was a knot of kamaboko.
