I have been lucky enough to eat at Din Tai Fung locations around the world from Hong Kong to Chengdu to Los Angeles. They were all delicious meals but to get all my favorite dishes at the original location was a definite treat - and dare I say just a bit better? I went early (basically for breakfast) to avoid long wait times. At 10:00am on a weekday I was sat within minutes enjoying all of the dishes you see here.
