Whitney Museum of American Art: Jeff Koons

I cruised through the Jeff Koons retrospective which was also the last exhibition to take place in Whitney's uptown space before moving to their new building in Spring 2015.

2nd Ave Deli

I had a craving for matzoh ball soup and latkes so I used that as an excuse to finally visit 2nd Ave. Deli.

The Charleston

With the quickly and ever-changing landscape of Williamsburg The Charleston remains a favorite haunt for a whiskey and beer fix.

Mile End, Noho

Today a brisket sandwich on rye, potato salad and iced tea at Mile End in Noho. Next time I'll have to try the smoked meat hash or their reuben.

Ivan Ramen

The first visit I didn't hesitate to order the Spicy Red Chili Ramen and the Chinese Greens & Garlic - hot, spicy, cool and sweet.

Black Seed Bagel

Everything bagel at Black Seed Bagel with egg salad (a good dose of dill) and tomato.
