One of my last meals while in Taipei was Jia Xing. They are known for their fish ball soup. And while the fish balls were good, chewy and bouncy the pork dumplings resting next to them stole the show. The skin was delicate and the ground pork inside was delicious. Think I might just get a full order of the pork if I ever get back to this soup stop.
