I didn't have long in Hong Kong, a half day really, and I landed in the evening. The first few times to Hong Kong I missed Mak's Noodle but didn't want to this time. I started with a bowl of their brisket, shrimp wonton and noodle soup. It was lovely, brisket tender, wontons snappy, noodles firm and the broth was perfect. The bowls not being so big I indulged in a second bowl of shrimp wontons. Good to be back.
