Oak Park in Illinois is a suburb dense with examples of Frank Lloyd Wright's early architecture. When he was beginning his career he would take jobs on the side designing homes for families. They are still standing and make for a fun stroll and survey of early examples of his developing style. His own home and studio is also located in the area which if toured provides some interesting insight into his early work and way of life.
