Landed, dropped my bags, settled in and my throat was dry. Headed to the Ritz-Carlton bar for what would be my first Pisco Sour. It was a delicious blend of sweet and sour with salt on the side in the form of bar snacks (potato and root chips, peanuts, dried fruit and olives).
