Tantanmen at Lashohan | Tokyo, Japan

This may have been my favorite meal on my last visit to Tokyo. Imagine an Italian bolognese done in a spicy, Chinese-Japanese style. So. Good. I loved that the dish was dry and not soupy. The sauce and ground pork stuck to the noodles with each bite. I may try in vain but I will be on the hunt for a substitute for Lashohan in NYC.
