On the three most popular beaches of Rio you can grab snacks from vendors that comb the surf. There are shrimp skewers, grilled cheese skewers and acai to choose from. I opted for the sweet and/or savory Globo biscuits and some coco water. The Globo snacks may look like donuts but they are light, crunchy and flaky.
