For lunch a bowl of Afuri's Yuzu Ramen made with a tanrei broth. It contains a chicken base infused with fruit, seaweed, seafood and vegetable flavors and topped with sliced pork, a half egg, bamboo shoots, mizuna leaves and piece of seaweed. Light and refreshing.
