I almost didn't get to make a visit to XOCO as they were closed for a holiday break. But my last day in Chicago was their first back from break. So glad I got to go. The "fully dressed guacamole" changed a couple things for me. I will now consider adding chicharron and pumpkin seeds to the guac I make at home. The pozole was also a nice treat on a chilly day in Chi-town. Looking forward to my next visit.
