I love a hearty treat like okonomiyaki. It's an eggy pancake loaded with cabbage and in this case thinly sliced pork belly, prawns and octopus. Topped with green onions, Japanese style mayo and a sweet sauce that to me tastes kind of like bbq. Yum.
