On my first visit to New Orleans I made sure to grab the original muffuletta from Central Grocery. Second time around I wanted to try how the new kid was doing with the same. Cochon Butcher is serving great cuts of meat and olive salad on a light sesame seed bread. The butter pickle garnish was yummy as well. It'll be a tough choice between the two for my next visit since they were both so good.
