I wouldn't have found this place without either (A) cruising through the Michelin Guide or (B) from the amazing recs at the Ramen Adventures blog. While everything I had was delicious the story for me here were the pork buns. Just imagine the thinnest, flakiest sugar coated donut possible that then has a rich pork filling.
