Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodle is a small stall with a center table with about six stools and counter seating surrounding. It's a tight squeeze but as long as there was room for the bowl I couldn't care. The broth was beefy and probably a bit salty to some tastes. The (egg?) noodles were chewy and the beef slices were tender and juicy. They prepare their beef in a special way pressing layers of gelatin and fat between the meat. On bite it makes for a rich and flavorful mouthful.
