September 27, 2014 Kyoja in Myeongdong Seoul, South Korea Might have been the best meal on my trip to Seoul. It consisted of extra spicy and crispy kimchee, pork mandu (dumplings) and a bowl of kalguksu which had 4 tiny dumplings, minced pork, greens and rice noodles in a dense broth.
Tempura No Hirao Tenjin I am sure there might be better but this is some of the best tempura I have ever had.
