September 27, 2014 Kyoja in Myeongdong Seoul, South Korea Might have been the best meal on my trip to Seoul. It consisted of extra spicy and crispy kimchee, pork mandu (dumplings) and a bowl of kalguksu which had 4 tiny dumplings, minced pork, greens and rice noodles in a dense broth.
Panchita’s #2, Pupuseria Pupusas are a Salvadoran treat that I made sure to douse in plenty of house salsa and slaw available table side.
