The first visit I didn't hesitate to order the Spicy Red Chili Ramen and the Chinese Greens & Garlic - hot, spicy, cool and sweet. Second time around the Red-Hot Cold Mazemen was the one - cool and extra spicy.

1. Spicy Red Chili Ramen
Dashi and chicken broth, minced pork, smashed egg, rye noodle (I added roasted tomatoes)

2. Red-Hot Cold Mazemen
Spicy sesame and salted chile sauce, prawns and rye noodle

3. Chinese Greens & Garlic
"Sweet soy pickled garlic love sauce"
