Lucky to have an Ippudo back at home but had to make a visit to one in Tokyo. Just off the Ebisu station I stopped in and had a bowl of ramen with tonkotsu broth, pork belly, bean sprouts, black fungus and spring onions. Delicious. I also had the best pork gyoza I have ever eaten. They melted on bite. Clicking my heels now...
