Galindo is a laid back and casual spot to try out traditional Chilean food. I chose the Chorillana. It’s a hearty dish of beef, fried onions, over easy eggs served on a bed of french fries. The meal is served with rolls and salsa (typical of a lot of places that I dined in in Chile). A Cusquena filled my glass. If you go bring your appetite.
