Au Cheval came as a rec from a friend. The burger, she said, was supposed to be the end. I went and ordered a single with bacon, egg and cheese. And it was so, so good. Be warned of two things though. First, a "single" actually comes with two patties and a "double" comes with four. Second, it may end your night because it is such a hearty meal. I barely made a dent in the hash I ordered on the side but it was also very good. I enjoyed the generous amount of crunchy bits.
