An octopus ceviche and a ceviche made from the catch of the day | The olive puree was a nice compliment to the octopus

The exceptional quality of food in Lima kept surprising me. Pescados Capitales was my favorite meal of the trip. The ceviches were excellent in their range of flavor and texture and the pisco sour hit the spot too.
