A lot of accommodations in Chile are closer to true apartments rather than hotel rooms. In the case of Casa Galos Apart Hotel it was like having my own one-bedroom loft in Valparaiso. The decor was modern and the staff was excellent. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, juices, jams, oatmeal and yogurt as well. I picked up some tomatoes and palta (avocado) from the corner store which made for a tasty start to each day.
