Michelin Ramen at Tokyo’s Tsuta

Soba Noodles Tsuta is the first ramen shop to claim a Michelin star.

I don't know how the good people at Shin do it but you would think their udon would be a heavy meal ...

Turns out we both have a thing for Mee Noodle Shop.

This place. It's ramen like this one that got me hooked.

In the heart of Ginza, located adjacent to Jiro's famous sushi den, is a place specializing in grilled eel.

Akihabara is where you will find electronic goods, pachinko mazes, maid cafes, cosplayers and a delicious bowl of shio ramen.

Even though it is an Okinawan specialty I still searched for Taco Rice in Tokyo.

Now, it is a bit of a hike to get there if you are staying in downtown Singapore but it was worth the trek.

Min Nan Pork Ribs Prawn Noodle serves up a meaty prawn noodle stuffed with lots of goodies.

This was a breakfast first for sure and may have been my favorite meal on my trip to Singapore.

Blanco Court is next to the Sultan Mosque and is where I had an early breakfast two of the mornings in Singapore.

Tian Tian has been the go-to for Hainanese chicken rice for quite a while now which made me excited to get to try it.

What's not to love really? Coconut, curry, vermicelli noodles, spice and seafood.
